To do DUGL 1.15:

Poly16 : adding support for POLY16_TRANS_TEXT and POLY16_TRANS_MASK_TEXT, to be able to draw transparent masked and unmasked textured polygones with 32 levels of transparency
Adding :
- PutSurfBlnd16 : blit a 16bpp Surf blended with a color, with 32 levels of blending
- PutSurfMaskBlnd16 : blit a masked 16bpp Surf blended with a color, with 32 levels of blending
- PutSurfTrans16 : Transparent blit a 16bpp Surf , with 32 levels of transparency
- PutSurfMaskTrans16 : Transparent blit a masked 16bpp Surf , with 32 levels of transparency
